Stamp Fever is happy to announce a new member of our Design Team, please welcome:
Gina Alferez
Although we are sad that Tiffany is leaving the Design Team as she has added so much with her creativity and sweet spirit; we know that Gina is ready to step in. Let's learn a little more about the newest member of our creative team as she introduces herself:
Hi my name is Gina and I’m very excited to join the Stamp Fever team. Here’s a little bit about me. I am a mom to two children, a daughter, Jordan who is 6 (aka my crafting buddy) and a son, Mateo who is 4. I’ve been happily married to my high school sweetheart, Joe, for the last 6 wonderful years and together for 16.
My crafting journey started very young when my grandma taught me how to crochet when I was about 6 yrs old. Since then I always considered myself to be somewhat crafty. In 2004 after my daughter was born, a friend introduced me to scrapbooking. This I enjoyed very much especially being a new mom. In 2006 I ventured into the world of invitation and card making and love to create personalized invitations, cards and poems. Soon after, I discovered the art of stamping and now I enjoy learning new techniques. And in 2010 my love for coloring as a child was reborn when I discovered Copic markers and became Copic certified. I’ve now collected more scrapbooking and card making supplies than those who introduced me to it.
As for my day job, besides being a wife and mom, I work full-time as an Executive Assistant for a non-profit Foundation.
I look forward to designing for the Stamp Fever store and hopefully providing you with a little inspiration. You can find examples of my work at the Stamp Fever Store and at www.stuckongluecrafts.com.
