Foundations Decor makes a variety of seasonal shadow box kits which you can decorate and change out into your magnetic frame.The frames come in black and white but the white frame is out of stock until April.

LOTS of Spooky Halloween FUN in this class!  Using Tim Holtz's NEW Halloween Dies that are a huge hit!

Most pieces will be pre-cut for you, we may die cut a few in class, kits will have all pieces cut.  It is pretty basic layering the pieces and there are a couple of squares that have torn paper, it is all about the inking and popping up.  If you have not used a Sizzix Die Brush and Stampers Secret Weapon ( pad for piercing on one side and stamping on the other) you will see how this tool plays an important roll in all of these FUN thin-lit dies.
All dies used in the class can be ordered, ask Linda

Lots of pop dots and or foam tape
Paper piercer & pad
Sizzix roller brush
tweezers will be handy if you are use to using them
Fine tip glue or glue pen
Black & dark purple ink,

Fall Card Party with Lynette

Come join the party as we have a fun evening creating with some of the new Lawn Fawn release. In this class we will be using a super easy watercolor smooshing technique to create the background for a fall inspired card using the stamp set Pumpkin Spice. The second card will be a shaker using the How You Bean? Candy Corn Add-On and Cute Cobweb die, and the third item is a scalloped treat box using the cute Haunted House add-on, all from Lawn Fawn.

Please bring these supplies: Scissors, liquid and runner tape adhesives, tweezers, and a small scoring board (ex: Martha Stewart) if you have one. All other supplies will be provided.
 If you want to bring our own Copic markers (I will bring several sets) the colors are:
     Y32, Y35, YR04, YR09, YR12, YR14, E30, E33, E34, B0000, T0, T2, T3

Scrap Paper (Feel free to bring your own scraps of paper or use Stamp Fever’s scrap paper.

Paint Brush: Suggested #18 or ¾ inch brush or a foam brush is available for purchase.

Paint: Acrylic paint for painting the sides and back of your wood piece. Paint is available for purchase.

Glue: Tombow Liquid Glue, Art Glitter Glue, Scrappy Glue or Multi Medium Matte.

You may stop in prior to the event and purchase the wood piece you would like to work on and the accessories that you will need.

Jenny will be teaching  water color techniques
and sharing tips and tricks for
working with intricate die cuts.

From the Garden Class                Time: 10am to 1 pm           Cost: $30
Jenny is here with another Memory Box class offering 4 cards with beautiful designs using new dies and stamps from Memory Box’s Spring 2017 collection.  You will create these cards with fun folds, stenciling, glittering, embossing and beautiful mirror and vellum papers.  All cards are finished on the inside with coordinating touches.

Welcome Spring                        Time: 2pm to 5pm                     Cost: $30
Join Jenny Griffiths, from the Memory Box Design Team, in this fresh and Spring-y card class.  We will be creating 4 special cards featuring the new 2017 stamps and dies painting with watercolors and adding touches of glitter and vellum.  Insides of all cards are finished with coordinating die accents. 

Info about Jenny Griffths:
Jenny lives in sunny San Diego and loves creating, especially paper crafting. She is an original member of the Memory Box Design team, contributing as an instructor, designer and blogger since 2009. Each new Memory Box release is just as exciting to her as the first one. She has also designed for EK Success, including the Martha Stewart Crafts brand, K & Company, Inkadinkado and jolee’s, contributing to their consumer site, Spotted Canary as well as their various national and international brand sites online. Jenny stays very busy with her teaching schedule at stamp and scrapbook stores in the San Diego area and across the country. As an instructor and long time paper crafter Jenny is known for her educational and creative classes. Her favorite aspect of teaching is meeting the many wonderful students and sharing tips and techniques to create “art without anxiety”. Paper crafters are the nicest kind of friends.
