Taylored Expressions embossing folder for only $1.00 each.

If you would please bring your basic stamp kit (scissors, adhesive etc.)

   NEEDED:  SPOOLS OF 1/4" OR 3/8"  RIBBON
                        AND/OR:  Beanie  Baby size stuffed animals
Linda Foley volunteers with Operation Christmas Child, a ministry of Samaritan's Purse. We make shoe box gifts to send to needy children in war torn countries to give them hope and share with them about the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We like to put stuffed animals in the boxes to give them something cuddly to hold. One volunteer who makes wood cars for the children, uses the left over wood, to make Jacob's ladders. The ribbon ties the ladder together.
The stuffed animals can be in like new condition. So if you have a collection or just a few you no longer want, these children will greatly appreciate them!

Come and make 3 fun dog and cat cards using stamp sets from  Whipper Snapper, Neighborhood Welcome and Triple Dog Dare and Dare 2B Artzy, Ruff Day.  I also used the stencil from Memory Box, Texture Shine.
I used Copic markers and Distress markers for these cards, however, you color with any color tool of  your choice.

In this class you will make (3) shaker cards. These cheerful cards are as much fun to make as they are to receive, and are surprisingly easy to make!

We will be using stamps and dies from Hero Arts, Avery Elle and Impression Obsession.

Please bring your tool kit which should also include a tape runner, fine tip glue and a coloring medium of your choice (copics, markers, or pencils...this is not a coloring class so please feel comfortable with which medium you bring)

Here is a peek at what is coming in the GIFT TAG CLASS. 
There will be a total of 6 gift tags and 2 gift card holders using a variety of stamp sets from Lawn Fawn, Avery Elle and Paper Smooches.  Make a gift tag for that special someone or surprise them with a fun GIFT CARD HOLDER.
The stamp sets and dies used are from:  Lawn Fawn, Avery Elle, Paper Smooches and Mama Elephant.

She will show how to make this great Tri-Fold Halloween card from AI using the HAUNTED HOUSE stamp.  You will also receive a stamped envelope to match.

 LORI'S CLASS

is on Saturday, October 17th at 10:30am

You will be making three cards using stamp sets from Avery Elle 

(Berry Good), Jane's Doodles (Garden Friends) and 

Whipper Snapper (Snowy Birch Forest).

The technique for this class is SHADING - using the Avery Elle (Berry Good) Pear stamp you will learn a basic shading technique using just 2 colors.  If you want to go further using 3 colors that will be taught as well.

Please bring your basic stamp kit, a white pen/marker, and your coloring utensil of choice (markers, pencils, copics).

A list of the copic colors used in the samples is available through the newsletter by clicking on the calendar through the link at the bottom of this page. If you have trouble, you may email Lori for the list at lorijayfv@yahoo.com.

FUN FOLDS CLASS WITH LINDA COLEY

 is this Friday, JULY 10th at   6:30pm.

Cost is $18.00

 We will be making 3 cards, all with "fun" folds!  We will make an Accordion fold, Gate fold and Waterfall folding card.  The stamp sets used were:  Lawn Fawn Here's the Scoop and Scripty Sayings; Avery Elle - Get Well and Paper Smooches - Chubby Chums.  I used Copic Markers for coloring.

A supply list will be available listing all colors used on the cards.

Supplies to bring to class include:
Basic supply kit
markers/colored pencils (your choice)
glossy accents
foam tape
